Just love how season 7 shows the face of the real villain. The S7 poster is the worst. They could have gone in so many different directions with teasing the Night King/White Walkers, and they went with that. The best ones are S2, S4, and S6 (for their uniqueness), as well as S5 (for setting a particular tone). I wouldn't watch it again. For me, it wasn't the actual ending that was bad. It was the rushed pacing in season 8 and how they got to the events of the ending. It's like they missed a few episodes or something. Certain character traits just didn't align. First scene: aftermath of the Night King’s attack on Castle Black. Tormund and Gendry are able flee the scene. Undead Viserion sets Crows and Undead afire. Episode Seven: Wolves and Dragons. Episode Eight: Hope and Fear. Episode Nine: The Lioness’s Den. Episode Ten: Snowfall. Season Eight: Episode One: A Spark of Fire. Episode Two: Dragon's Blood. Episode Three: The Night is Dark and Full of Terrors. Episode Four: Those Who are Ruled. White Walkers are introduced in Season 1, Episode 1, Scene 1. The whole time the tagline has been "Winter is Coming." When it comes, it lasts for basically an episode or two and then the NK is unceremoniously killed by a simple trick by Arya. Season 8 isn’t challenging though, if anything it’s the most marvelized season of game of thrones yet. It’s hilarious that you somehow think after 7 seasons of fans loving to see the bad guys win, that somehow that all stopped in season 8. HBO Max has not provided an exact date yet for when the 4K versions of “GOT” will be available — however, according to Warner Bros. Discovery, they will be available only to customers on the I've searched for a while for (legal) possibilities to watch the new season of Game of Thrones in Germany, and there is generally a lot of info on this topic, but from what I read so far, Sky, Sky ticket and Amazon are the only options.
